*ResortSuite tends to let us sell an additional room here and there on sold out nights. It happens about 3 times a year and it is a very frustrating experience and RS has not been able to resolve the issue or explain why this happens.
*multiple bedroom suites that can be sold as individual rooms are often a challenge. once you check-in someone in to one of the bedroom, the next reservation that shares one of the bedrooms in the suite shows up as already occupied and cannot be checked-in. Sometimes the room status has to manually changed or sometimes by calling RS.
