- Updates, changes and promotions are able to be drawn up quickly, distributed and communicated timeously to clients.
- Templates are able to be tweaked, reworked and designed by the sales team easily after minimal training which saves time and money.
- Team access to files, instead of having to share links, files and online platforms to get the message signed off internally.
- The chat box is an actual human - not a robot or automated feedback generator!

Updating the templates every now and then with new layout options or prompts would be great to change the design up for users. We all get a bit comfortable with the system and its standard templates after a while :)
