Tock is an innovative reservation management system, that allows us to sell unique experiences to our guests, which is the essence of our goal every day. They are more cost effective than Open Table and work better with us as partners.

何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか？
They don't have the same reach that Open Table does, but I think it is only a matter of time before their word gets out! :) I can't think if a single thing that I would change. Like I said before, the only drawback is the fact that Open Table has a stranglehold on the market, but it is only a matter of time before Tock gets a strong foothold, seeing as they are delivering a superior product at more affordable pricing and work as true partners with their restaurants.
