From the first time on the website, it has been easy to navigate and use. Our guests respond more quickly to the electronic file and it is a more secure way to get credit card information and to prevent credit card fraud. No more worries about having paper credit card authorizations being sent to unsecure emails or faxed to wrong numbers nor authorizations that need to be locked up and then shredded when they are no longer needed. The more I use the program, the more I appreciate having it to send out to our guests. I especially like the feature of the address book where we can store company contact emails to send out for repeat business. It is a great way to have a quick access to contacts with companies that use credit card authorizations to house employees / workers while they are in town and representing the company. You may want to remind the guest to be sure to sign the form before exiting the file. It helps to keep them from trying to get back into the form or you having to resend the email for them to complete the document again. Another awesome feature is that when the form is received you are notified and when the document is signed, you are notified again. All you have to do is log in to view the information and see that the credit card has been verified. Customer service is knowledgeable about the product and gets back to you quickly. Customer service responds to your questions and explains what needs to be done, even if you have to relay emails with several questions. They have always replied to emails sent back to them explaining the answers to your questions.

* Make it easier for guests that exit the file without signing to gain entrance back into the file to sign and submit without having to create a new file to be filled out and signed.
* Could possible have a reminder before they exit that they are exiting without signing the form.
* Provide a link to any trainings for new users to learn if they want to be more knowledgeable about the product before using.
