Extremely easy to use
All the features required are available to let a small hotel operate totally professional
Allows you to train other members of staff quickly to take bookings and deal with check outs
Quick response in dealing with any problems
Excellent records collected by system and easy to access

Only one thing the packages coming through OTAS and GDS sometimes need to be corrected
Manually but easy to do

Have to use separate company for channel management but I believe they are going to address this in the near future
