Kate, and Gareth both very pleasant to deal with however second line support is shockingly bad. 2 years on and still cannot send emails from the system direct to customers.

The hotels ISP requested direct contact with their 2nd/3rd line to help resolve another long term issue. I cannot recommend Acomos to any of my hotel clients based on their lack of ownership and management of issues.
