Your suggestions on greater filtering options and streamlined universal search are excellent. One of HIA's great advantages is having multiple tabs and pages open at a time. If you are having trouble with this, please reach out to your company's system administrator for troubleshooting. Regarding a master file for daily reports, this is something your administrator or our support team can help create as a generic inquiry that let's you drill down as needed.
