Flexibility, user friendly, ease of which to communicate with all departments we set up. We especially like the new Guest Connect platform allowing us to communicate with guests on a level they are now used to (text messaging). Great responses from our guests regarding this as well as quick responses from our team.

At this time--NOTHING! It is meeting and exceeding all of our needs and the team loves it!!!
