The various reports on offer do capture 90% of the necessary information of knowing and understanding your business markets, and how to read the information off MS excel is very easy and user friendly.

There are a few areas that could improve such as user ID in terms of who did what applications and tracking the various operators within Benson.
Forecasting is missing in terms of allowing accurate forecasting and breakdown reports for future bookings.
Colour-coding various booking in terms of reference to VIP's etc.
Having said that; Benson does come to the party when reports or changes are required and regular updates are included as they do listen to the client.
