Being so easy, but yet very open and powerful, there is a strong risk that everyone within a company / team uses the tool in their own way, making it hard to have certain standards over all teams and the company. One weak point of Asana is reporting and analysis, at least in the free version. A Gantt chart presentation for waterfall projects is also missing.
