The install was efficient and the residential-style training they provided was excellent. The product is really good, it simply does everything that you need - from the front desk to the accounts, everyone is happy.
We signed the agreement with Guestline and had the instal scheduled for 10 days later. Our project manager, Andre was like a pitbull in the way that he got everything put into place so quickly!

Support can sometimes be a bit frustrating if you get through to a newer member of the team, they have to take the details and get someone to call you back. But Guestline is growing and they need more staff, so I imagine that this is just a growing pain of a business that we need to be patient with.
