- People on the hotel website can chat with current employees working at the hotel to ask questions about the hotel and surround area.
- Current guests can ask for recommendations of places from employees at the hotel.
-The hotel will eventually be able to send out alerts to current guests about the hotel (i.e. the restaurant being closed due to private event during a current guest's stay)
何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか?
- Hoperator is still in it's early stages, so right now employees can only respond to chats sent into them
- It has a few glitches and can be slow, but improvements are being made
