That's right, there's really no way of verifying if a guest has ever stayed in the hotel, when they make a reservation through the OTA. HotelTime does not have a CRM system and we recommend linking to 3rd party CRM systems for enhanced guest handling instead.

Vento for Androids will be available! We assume we could have it this year (2024) in the cloud and thus it will be able to run on any smart device.
