I've used several platforms over the course of my career and Sprout Social is by far the best all in one platform.
It makes it easy to schedule all content, manage incoming messages in one place and collaborate with everyone on your team.
The enhanced reporting is amazing too. It provides so much in-depth analytics and is available. We utilize this for our ownership groups as it helps us show stakeholders their social media's return on investment and social media's value.
Scheduling messages and creating content is a breeze with Sprout Social plus it allows for many different options to tweak content for each channel and add in layers of approval to ensure the content is ready to go live. Sprout Social also has some features that show when the best time is to post on different days to ensure you maximize your potential engagement with your organic social strategy.
The smart inbox allows you to catch everyone who's talking directly to your accounts as well as set up listening keywords to catch potential opportunities to jump in and out reach to potential new guests. You can then assign different inquires to different people on your team so the guest recovery team can easily just focus on answering those who need assistance vs wading through all the other incoming messages. Collaboration is so easy with in Sprout. There's also a section to look at all reviews coming in across different social platforms again making it easy to see everything in one place.
The customer service team is great, the follow up to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner and are always available via chat or email to answer any one off random questions you might have.
Sprout Social is THE TOOL for any social media marketer and I wouldn't recommend any other tool for the job, I could not recommend more.

Mostly Instagram's fault but I'd love the API to be changed so it's more seamless with third-party tools like the other social channels. The pricing can add up but it truly is worth it for what you get.
