Zaplox has many customers using the mobile check out with payment with no issues and of course, through our communications with you and the property team, we are supporting the PMS company you work with to resolve the current PMS configuration issue. Unfortunately, Zaplox is reliant on the PMS being configured specifically in a way to have a successful mobile check out with payment.
