Great software, good support, dreadful account management. I implemented it within our hotel group 2 and a half years ago, having previously used Guestline elsewhere for 2 years.
Go with Guestline as the software is good and so is the reactive support. The pro-active account management is literally non existent however.
The channel manager capability is great, the software is fluent and the planner is concise. Reporting is also very useful on a number of levels.

- Multi room bookings have been made incredibly long winded by a recent update. We have discussed this with a number of your staff and NOTHING has been done to change this. This is quite poor.
- Checking daily bookings should be made that bit easier.
Multi Room bookings would function as they once did. This has caused massive frustrations for our hotel group.
