Awful, took over Hotec a year ago, with big fanfare of promises to modernise the system, went from average to bad instead, at least previously someone could sort your problem, then they upgraded servers and everything went wrong, hours without system, then when you got back on a dozen new problems and bugs, after a month of interruptions to our business, I advised we would be looking for new supplier and gave 3 months notice, their response was to cut me off in 7 days, and an arrogant approach that I was the problem, in 25 years in hotel management I was beyond astounded by their attitude. I know many hoteliers and I can promise them I won’t be the last. Despite many request, neither, Nick or Ariana took the effort to speak to me, so left with no option but to let other hotels know.

Customer service and staff who know how to operate system. If the attitude I received continues, they will lose a lot more custom.
Promised a csv file of historical information, said I’d receive in 7 days, still waiting a month later, so basically I lost all my history.
