We have been using HotelTime for over 10 years now and are fully satisfied especially with the range of products (F&B and Spa) and their integrations. HotelTime team have always been very helpful in regards to customer support and bringing our hotel tech level up.
何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか？
Over the years, we have found a lot of new features that would be helpful to us and HotelTime has been able to develop them continously so, maybe apart from graphically upgrading the spa booking engine, we are satisfied with the system as it is.
