Telegram app makes it very easy to follow every check in and see if the process went right or wrong. It also allows you to make key rooms even when you are not at the hotel. It is also very convenient to avoid personal contact and ensure safety regarding Covid19.
何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか？
I'd like to ask the guests for a personal email at the moment of check in. I'd like to have the Cashier show our emergency phone number in case their check-in goes worng or the cashier doesn't finish the process.
