Mehr Consultancy’s Model for Fast, Transparent Hotel Management
Inn-Flow combines hotel accounting, payroll processing, labor scheduling, and daily reporting in one platform. Mehr uses it to post invoices, run payroll, track labor against budget, and monitor live P&Ls across all properties without reconciling data between systems. This allows their team to spot issues early, respond to owner questions quickly, and manage costs with greater accuracy.
Unify Core Financial Systems: Mehr needed one platform to manage accounting, payroll, and labor instead of relying on separate tools that required manual reconciliation. Their goal was to centralize financial data so every expense, timesheet, and invoice flowed directly into the P&L.
Improve Labor Visibility: They wanted a way to track daily labor against budget and catch overages before they became patterns. This required real-time reporting that property teams and corporate leaders could act on without waiting for month-end statements.
