The ease of use is extremely good. It truly is a very simple platform to add, modify and edit upgrade components pre-arrival add-ons which generate additional revenues for our hotels.
Wat vind je niet leuk of zou beter kunnen?
The current shortfalls of this software is its inability to integrate currently with a revenue management platform which would allow us to fluctuate rates in real time based on demands shifts providing maximized opportunities at increase revenues. Additionally the revenue share of 15% is cost prohibitive vs. the industry standard currently in place at FDs to give 10% incentive of upgrades to the team.
