Wat vindt u het leukst?
This is the best Software to use for communication. It makes communication between departments easy and instant. I believe without HelloShift our communication level would plunge. I have never had an issue like not being able to connect or the site being down. Any company that genuinely cares about excellent customer service could benefit from HelloShift. It is also discreet. Not out in the open like a walkie talkie. No more code browns to Maintenance for everyone to hear. We tried another company and found HelloShift to be the best.
Wat vindt u niet leuk of zou beter kunnen?
Maybe lower the cost of guest messaging. This is a great feature but it is a little pricey. We are on a free trial period and I could not sell the program to the person that pays for HelloShift. I will be sad to loose this extra feature. I feel the operation of this software is user friendly and efficient so nothing negative to say at all. We even have older team members that can use this software with no problem.
