It makes it so easy to connect with our hotel guests before they ever make in onsite. Very personable for businesses to use, love that it customizes the texts with our team members names
Wat vindt u niet leuk of zou beter kunnen?
I don't like that you have to mark a message as resolved in order for the notification to go off. A seen button with a 5 minute reminder only would be helpful. That way the system would know we have seen it and are working on the issue but have yet to touch base with our guests.
