Ease of use as well as how multi functional it is. Love the guest messaging feature but feel as though it could be improved upon.
Wat vind je niet leuk of zou beter kunnen?
Some of the functions are confusing and or redundant. Its also hard to understand how the guest ratings work because we always have shown 100% satisfaction.
