Wonderful real-time interaction with staff and guests when management is not on property. We are able to get an issue resolved quickly and make the guests happier. We have rolled this out with all of our properties and every one is THRILLED at how easy Helloshift is to use and be able to relay information quickly to maintenance and housekeeping
Wat vindt u niet leuk of zou beter kunnen?
In the app - would like to be able to add a photo from my library instead of having to take a picture right there. Also a calendar that we could load meeting room availability on would be amazing!
