Wat vindt u het leukst?
The simplicity of the platform which makes it very easy to train new team members on. It's quite intuitive and allows hotel teams to share pretty much everything throughout their shift. Being able to access those posts remotely to "check-in" on operations is very beneficial.
Wat vindt u niet leuk of zou beter kunnen?
The app version is not as solid as the web version so we primarily used it in the browser on our smartphones. Messaging alerts between team members was a little wonky as it would routinely show an alert as if we received a message, however, it would be the message we just sent the other team member. Certainly something that can be resolved in time.
