* M3's innovation to take necessary steps to be in front of required efficiency changes * Willingness to work with it's partners in finding better solutions to make what's offered to the field a better product * Ability to work with other vendors that must have an ability of interfacing into the M3 platform and seeing mutual benefits for the customer and for M3 * Recognizing when something needs to be enhanced further to make it a best in-class solution and not resting on the existing platform * The fact that they understand hotel accounting and have branched into offerings that can fit small to large assets and multiple income channels * The ability to benchmark our performance for particular assets vs. similar type assets that M3 has on the platform * Willingness to find solutions for plug-in's or platforms that may not be offered by M3's suitcase of products * The new Insight platform and our ability to build dashboards that meet our partners, investors needs
