Wat vind je het leukst?
De prijsstelling is goed. We zagen al na één maand een toename in boekingen; het systeem reageert snel. We kunnen nog niet zeggen hoe het zal gaan tijdens beurzen en het hoogseizoen.
Wat vind je niet leuk of zou beter kunnen?
Helaas zijn veel onderdelen erg slecht in het Duits vertaald. Ik verwacht eigenlijk dat het systeem in de taal van de gebruiker wordt aangeboden en dat de ondersteuning ook in het Duits beschikbaar is. In het tijdperk van AI zou dit mogelijk (en beter) moeten zijn.

We'd love the chance to sort out the translation issue you mentioned; that's not the experience we want you to have. A quick note: RoomPriceGenie's interface does have a full German version, so if you're seeing inconsistent translations, it's likely your browser's auto-translate feature stepping in rather than our own localisation (which can sometimes produce exactly the kind of awkward phrasing you described). Switching your account language setting to German directly in the system should resolve that. We also have German-speaking Customer Care team members, and we're happy to support you in German going forward, including setting up a quick call to walk through the language settings and address any other questions live.
