Wat vind je het leukst?
Ik vind het echt heel prettig hoe makkelijk het te gebruiken is. Ik heb geen training gekregen over hoe het te gebruiken, maar ik ben er toch in geslaagd om mijn weg te vinden. Ik vind het ook fijn dat er iemand is die ik kan contacteren als er iets misgaat; dat geeft me een gerust gevoel.
Wat vind je niet leuk of zou beter kunnen?
Ik zou willen dat er een iOS-app bestond waarmee ik kon inloggen en controleren of alles in orde was toen de audit werd uitgevoerd en de gegevens werden geüpload.

We're thrilled that the platform has been intuitive enough to navigate without training and that it supports your daily entry reviews and budgeting work with your GM. It's also great to hear that having access to support gives you peace of mind. Great news, HIA does offer full functionality mobile app on both iOS and android devices. You can contact your system administrator to confirm that the app is configured for your company and that your account has mobile access. Then, you will be able to login from your phone to verify the Daily Report is up-to-date and review flagged entries in the PMS out-of-balance report. You may also benefit from the new PMS Monitor Dashboard. Again, ask your system administrator to turn on access for your account. Thanks again for your fantastic review.
