Its ability to streamline our operation and automatically text the guest when our driver has left to pick them up with a map of the current shuttle location. We complete roughly 240 trips to and from a busy international airport each day between two hotels. In addition we have local client shuttle needs as well. ShuttleQ has allowed us to balance everything. It also helps us ensure the shuttle us not overbooked by automatically showing how many seats are left for each run. This is really easy to implement and saves money in the end. We spent a long time looking for a solution to manage our shuttles and this is the first one that was not too expensive and gave us everything we were looking for.

Any improvement needs are handle quickly by the programmer. The next great improvement should be IVR.
