Review of Salesforce

I would recommend getting it, even with the items I wish they had. It is a goods system and overall good to use. A hotel with as much meeting space as we have needs something like this.

Wat vind je het leukst?
It is very easy to use...everything is at the top bar which makes it easy to find an account, contact, put a piece of business in, etc.
Wat vind je niet leuk of zou beter kunnen?
Their customer service is terrible!!! I also wish they had more functionality for hotels. It is difficult to put your contracts in there and change things, since every piece of business is different. The training is bad. I also wish it would auto-schedule tasks for following up with clients.
