Very user friendly. Easy to train new members. Easy tabs used for different items.

Need to be able to have tiered rates by length of stays on each room type. Major loss of revenue due to only a 1 tiered rate bracket for each room type. Credit card security is lacking. Have to spend needless money on outside vendor for extra credit card security.
