It has improved hotel's manning deployment efficiency significantly, service delivery has been able to be done in timely manner, and the "Staff Assistance" feature is a bonus which guests could take advantage of if they needed anything else other than food or beverage service.

It would be great if Vouch system is able to be integrated with POS platform, it would contribute further efficiency towards hotel's cashiering operation and also guest's experience.
