Very user friendly. The template / automatic emails are a big win for us. The system is able to generate great end of month reports also.

We would like to see credit card details automatically brought in with the booking so all we have to do is charge the card. Little time consuming at the moment going into the booking platform and copying the card details across for each booking that is not a direct.

Hi Tamara, thanks so much for confirming your review — glad to hear the automatic email templates and end-of-month reporting are still saving you time. One quick update on the cons you've flagged: Preno now integrates with Stripe, so card details are captured automatically at the time of booking rather than needing to be copied across manually.
