הגדלנו את עלות ה-ADR שלנו ב-100 דולר ללילה עבור כל סוג חדר השנה בהשוואה לשנה שעברה, מכיוון שהייתה לנו דליפת מחירים רבה בשנה שעברה. אין לנו אדם במשרה מלאה שיפקח על המחירים, כך שהחמצנו הרבה הזדמנויות. אנחנו עדיין צריכים לבדוק את דליפת המחירים, אבל כבר ראינו עלייה עצומה ב-ADR ואנחנו יכולים פשוט לבדוק את זה מדי פעם.
