מנהל החשבונות מעולה ותמיכת הלקוחות מועילה כשאני מעלה אותם לקו. אבל, אם הייתי יכול לבחור מחדש ספק תוכנה למלון שלי, לא הייתי בוחר ב-Roommaster Cloud.
מה אתה לא אוהב או חושב שאפשר לשפר?
הממשק מיושן מאוד, לא אינטואיטיבי ואיטי. זמן ההמתנה של תמיכת הלקוחות בשלוש השיחות האחרונות שלי נע בין 25-40 דקות לעזרה פשוטה, אפילו בשעות שאינן שעות השיא. ברגע שאני על הקו עם התמיכה, הם מאוד מועילים אבל זמן ההמתנה נורא!
