Changes are easy & seamless with the CIMS (Content Manager) tool. The integrated Chat feature with Benbria/Loop has been a service enhancer.

Eagerly awaiting the integrations for mobile checkin and room key access. This rollout has been longer than desired; Criton has the disadvantage of having to work with our existing PMS and key vendors.
