Very efficient, specifically during Covid-19. Set up & updating features are extremely easy to learn. Ability to upsell items & add images is a great feature. Our guests are very happy with ease of use & ability to have "no contact" room service. Roomorders.com customer service has been friendly, reliable & quick to fix/address an issues or concerns. We are pleased with the overall system & look forward to see how effective the program will be when business picks up after our "current situation"

While the whole world goes digital, we sometimes lose track...of keeping the the customer experience centric. Roomorders is different. With its core for interacting and working on any device of our clients, an individualized app one has to install becomes redundant. The guests are using what they anyway use all the time, their very own device. We love that, and so do our guests, residents and customers. That being said, Roomorders is simple to use, easy to navigate and hence generates incremental revenues, discovers and enables revenue potential in an area some hoteliers wish was never invented: in-room dining. For us it is a positive must-have. Thanks to Roomorders, we have even taken it some steps further. In-room dining for our hotel guests, residential delivery services in our town community as well in our Marina. It works seamless. With Roomorders we have practically inter-connected all areas of our destination development, enhancing our customer experience and creating loyalty.

We have been using room orders since a while now due to Covid-19 as we had to go to contactless menus.
Not only is it efficient, easy and practical to use for both team members and guests, I believe that when Covid-19 is in the past we will continue to use it as it allows flexibility; immediate changes to the menu whenever needed and saves money in terms of menu printing/design costs.
Setting up roomorders was easy and the roomorders team was supportive - having numerous online meetings/calls whenever required.
The setup also allows you to create upselling opportunities which is a big plus to generate additional revenue.
When we had to make some changes and it wasn't clear in the on how to do it the team from roomorders was able to respond immediately and support us. Therefore a big plus on collaboration and sense of urgency.
Overall I can recommend this tool to be utilized in restaurants.
