This is a very reliable source of communication. Even when things are forgotten after the shift i can always go in and add it later. Keeps everybody up to date and on track for the schedules. Downloading the mobile app also is a good way to stay informed about whats going on even after your shift is over. To be able to know what your walking into the next day.

Only con was with the mobile download of the app and signing in. at first it would not verify that i was with Hotel Diva and would allow me to login. I eventually got it to work and have been using the mobile app ever since. But other than that not many cons.I really greatly appreciate this site for helping me keep up wit the updated things at work.. It runs quick enough that i can keep up with whats going on.
Feature Request:
I would improve the way the mobile app has to have you verify your Hotel and the way that it gives you a little bit of a challenge to apply your login information. Besides the mobile login in difficulties there is really nothing else that i would change. Now that opinion could possibly change as times goes on and things changes and things improve.
