As to the character limit, thanks for mentioning it too. Whilst you do receive a warning of 180 character limits, it is actually more of a guideline. Most people like to keep chat messages short and quick. However, we know at times you may need to share something more in detail. You may continue to write a lengthier response, the character count will continue to rise but it will not prevent you from sending your message. We hope this helps!
