I love it! -Super easy to use, and a tool of communication to both our guests and fellow employees. -Solves guest requests and questions very fast.
何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか？
I do not think this needs much improvement. It may be nice to expand the number of characters we are allowed when giving responses to guest questions. Other than that, everything is great!
