何が一番好きですか？
Less mess, no little scraps of paper lying around the desk, everything is one place, easy viable and actionable checks. I've used other softwares in the past such as VMware, VAlpm and Microfile but have been using Dmbook Pro for over 12 months now and it is a great solution.
何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか？
It has potential to be a lot better for example it's linking to facilities management / maintenance programs where by maintenance departments are issued instant alerts. A link up to the PMS would also be beneficial. It would also be great to see functionality to add users who work in multiple sites because giving them access to each is time consuming (eg. create a feature where during the user creation phase you can tick a checkbox for the properties they should have access to...would be very handy).
