Customers really appreciate the tool because they can click together an offer easily and without complications. It is also self-explanatory for the internal handling of an event enquiry for everyone.

The offer overview in the backend cannot be divided into different categories (e.g.: enquiry, in process, cancellation, etc.). This means that you quickly lose the overview when several employees are working with it. Instead of generating a pdf at the end, a digital solution with a digital signature would be great.
