* I enjoy the convenience of being able to communicate with upcoming, arriving and departing guests. It makes the entire experience very personal and allows me to anticipate the needs of a specific guest based on how they interact with me.
何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか？
*If it could do automatic updating of incoming texts, more of a "live" experience chat box, tabbed, versus having to refresh the screen and have multiple texts in one window. *The layout of the application could be more visually user friendly. I do not like the left layout message screen, having to click on "your name" or "Guests" ect. Past and current messages should be displayed in one screen, regardless of who responded.
