I have been working with RIMS and Benjamin for about 7 years. Flexible, understanding , efficient, always available, it is simply a pleasure to feel this level of service . What I like the most , beside Benjamin always " yes" answer, is the fact that RIMS is able to adjust to your needs, without limitation. I also like the simplicity of the product and the fact that we have full hands on the contents. I keep recommending this product to our hotel in our brand.
