The tablet has helped our guest to quickly communicate with our staff. As a result we have been able to quickly address guest concerns and monitor the progress of events. We are reaching out to the newer generations who appreciate this tool which other properties are yet to catch up with.
何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか？
The tablet could use voice activation, and integration to our TVs , local events.
