We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review of E Butler and E Concierge (Alliants Experience Platform.) We too are thrilled with our new digital guest itinerary as it is indeed much easier and faster to share with your guests.
And you are also correct in that we are speaking with your brand about our two-way Opera interface. We have had good feedback from those hotels using the interface and believe it will make creating guest profiles and requests much faster for you.
