Workpop makes sorting through candidates, dealing with hiring and onboarding, and managing documents really easy. The automatic posts to job boards and candidate sourcing is great as well.

There needs to be more enterprise-level and permissions-based workflow and security options. It would be good to have an organizational chart feature where employees can't see the files of their superiors (or equivalents).
It also seems like many candidates don't have notifications for Workpop messages turned on, so we frequently need to reach out via email. Functionality to make this smoother and provide for email or text routing would be great.
If I could waive a magic wand the few things that could make Workpop even better are: Permissions and workflow (as mentioned above), group and targeted messaging and visibility options, and the ability to post to Craigslist automatically
