既にシステムが販売済みの場合は、営業担当者に直接相談できると良いと思います。馴染みのない担当者と連絡を取るのは難しい場合もあるからです。最初の担当者から良い対応を受けられなければ、お客様からの信頼や信用にも影響が出る可能性があります。サポートチームは優秀で、今日電話で相談に乗ってくれたスタッフもとても親切でした。
何が嫌いですか、または改善できると思いますか？
販売後もサポート チームを紹介されるだけでなく、営業担当者から継続的に指導や支援を受けられるとありがたいです。
