The ease of use is great. We have heard great things from our guests in regards to how easy it is to ask for something.

Not all guests are used to using a text to interact with the Team. With the younger generations becoming the majority of our business this will shift dramatically and I am glad to be working with Helloshift to stay ahead of the game.
